At 74, Paul Gaudino isn't slowing down.
Paul Gaudino, of Butler, Pennsylvania, is the only exercise show in the nation which includes a workout segment for people who use wheelchairs.

The show is aired 5:30am - 6:00am, weekdays, on SkyAngel, Dish, Direct TV, the Cornerstone Television satellite, and local public access channels around the United States, with medical advisor, Dr. Benarrd I. Cohen and health tips from Optimum Health People of Bridgeville, PA on nutrition.

The Paul Gaudino Fitness Show is bright, warm and flowing, bringing the audience closer to the home family fitness arena.
The director preps the show from the video suite upstairs. Camera people & production manager prep the set downstairs. Gaudino tapes all five shows (one week's worth) at one time. Dashing into a small office room in-between shows to change from one outfit to another. "It lets people know that at least it's a different day; if they notice stuff like a person wearing the same thing everyday, they lose interest." Gaudino said. Audience interest is something that Gaudino strives to maintain. He brings in guests to work out along side him; he has a physician visit to help him answer viewer mail, and he takes a seat in a wheelchair for Tuesday's broadcast.
 

Now being recorded at Digital Video Imagery studios, a division of Sound & Stage Productions, Inc., Grove City, Pennsylvania. With a new director, Dale Rongaus, a new custom designed set (by Paul & Dale), and a state-of-the-art Video / Audio production facility.
